Classes run Monday to Friday. Morning batches are ideal for calm focus and fitness; evening batches work well after office, college, or daily routines.

6 AM to 10 AM

Yoga at 6 AM, followed by fitness, Zumba, classical basics, and weekday practice slots.

Evening Batches

6 PM to 10 PM

Dance fitness, Hip Hop, Salsa, Bachata, classical practice, event batches, and weekly recap sessions.

Monthly Sessions

1 hour or 2 hours daily
